I'm an intranet web developer. I've upgraded Visual in our organization twice without outside support. I create simple web applications using visual's back-end database to help with our manufacturing processes. I'm currently trying to find time to install and Deploy IQM successfully. Any help on that front would be nice. I'm also more familiar with the back-end of visual than the user interface. as IT, I don't usually have a good reason to poke around within visual.
