Are your processes being followed? Do you often wonder where in the review process things are waiting? Visual Workflow, Activities and Notifications can help to keep everyone on the same page. We will cover the Workflow Designer, Task Maintenance, Workflow Tracker, Activity creation and Activity Maintenance as well as Purchase Order and Customer Order Notifications. This session applies to anyone interested in understanding the options for communication and process enforcement and tracking available within Visual. New Features from Version 9/10 will be covered!

This workshop is designed to introduce the IT staff member to the structure and deployment of basic to advanced macro concepts. “Hands-on” learning will be supported by having attendees develop their own working macros. Bring your macro problems and work them out. This course will require the active use of a laptop; further instructions will be sent to those attending. Prerequisites include working knowledge of scripting with VBScript, SQL queries and some familiarity with the VISUAL schema.
