Jamie Caples joined Synergy Resources LLC, in 2011, as a Technical Services Specialist in the Technical Services Department in the New England Division. In 2013, he also became the Technical Services Team Leader for Synergy Resources.

Jamie has over 15 years of Industry Information Technology experience serving roles as a Programmer/Analyst, a Data Architect, Director of IT, and now as a consultant. His areas of expertise range from IT architecture and Storage solutions to SQL Server management and .NET application development. Jamie has over 13 years working in the manufacturing industry.

His areas of expertise in VISUAL include, but are not limited to installations, reporting, customizations, data migrations and system integrations. He has helped many customers leverage the power of Visual through better custom reporting, data migration, macro customization to better run their businesses. Additionally, Jamie is very skilled in SQL Server setup and configuration, as well as .NET custom application development and reporting to offer the clients of Synergy Resources.

Jamie Caples holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
